This week’s podcast is titled: 13 Ways to Use Emojis That Might Surprise You and I’m excited to share a few favorite strategies with you. Emojis might seem silly on the surface but they definitely pack a punch. In my own daily life, emojis come into play a lot. From adding a shrugged shoulder emoji to a text message when I don’t have the answer, to including stars and sparkles on social media posts, I use a lot of emojis over the course of a day.
But instead of talking about the history or origin of emojis, in today’s episode I want to give you a handful of ways to use emojis that might surprise you. These ideas go beyond the popular or common ways we use emojis (like text messages, comments, and social media posts) and connect to lesson ideas and routines you might already have in your classroom.
